Tips for sleeping bien
Sleeping well is necessary. Sometimes it’s hard for many problems but with effort is achieved, if at night we lose sleep and we unveiled the next day we’ll be totally exhausted. Stay awake during the day, no afternoon naps.

- Get up early to have more sleep in the morning,

- Do not make exercise just before bedtime.
- Avoid caffeine at night, if it does take caffeine in the morning and only narrowly.
- Relax in the sun (only appropriate schedules)
- Avoid foods loaded at night, not go to bed hungry, can greatly help a glass of warm milk,
- Try to meet a schedule for bedtime and awakening,
- Do not quit at first, for worse sleep
- Do not drink alcohol at least 4 hours before bedtime
- Keep your room able to sleep, (no annoying noises, etc.).
- Use the bedroom only for sleeping, (then at night come to like going there, and you can sleep)
