<strong>Sleep Well</strong><br />
Stay awake during the day, no afternoon naps.</p>
<ul>
<li> This asset (that means doing things during the day)</li>
<li>Get up early to have more sleep in the morning,</li>
<li>Exercise in the morning (take a walk, run by a square)</li>
<li>Do not make exercise just before bedtime.</li>
<li>Avoid <a href="http://www.wewelcomeyou.org/tips-for-sleeping-bien.htm ">caffeine</a> at night, if it does take caffeine in the morning and only narrowly.</li>
<li>Relax in the sun (only appropriate schedules)</li>
<li>Avoid foods loaded at night, not go to bed hungry, can greatly help a glass of warm milk,</li>
<li>Try to meet a schedule for bedtime and awakening,</li>
<li>Do not quit at first, for worse sleep</li>
<li>Do not drink alcohol at least 4 hours before bedtime</li>
<li>Keep your room able to sleep, (no annoying noises, etc.).</li>
<li>Use the bedroom only for <a href="ttp://www.wewelcomeyou.org/tips-for-sleeping-bien.htm ">sleeping</a>, (then at night come to like going there, and you can sleep)</li>
<li>Please note a good pillow, good mattress, and sheets big tour where if you stayed the savannahs not leave your place so you can rest properly</li>
