But although the exercises may give you strength, energy and flexibility, if not done carefully can also injured. Your first warning sign is pain. Do not ignore it. Tips for physical activity
Tips for physical activity. Today I will review some tips for regular physical activity and get our achievements we want, respecting your body inside and out.
1 – Perform physically fit.
2 – Choose an activity not only according to our preferences but also to our chances.
3 – Do not exercise before breakfast.
4 – Hydrate before, during and following physical activity.
5 – The recommended diet is to consume foods with low levels of saturated fats, eating more fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy, fish (twice per week).
6 – Using sports clothing and appropriate shoes (ideally advice).
7 – Strengthen efforts to progressively (easy to difficult – simple to complex).
8 – Be persistent.
9 – Do not self-medicate (anabolic steroids, weight loss pills, supplements, etc).
10 – If you have any chest pain or discomfort in the mouth or stomach, stop the activity and quickly see the gym teacher or doctor you trust.
