Write to Face Cancer

write to face cancer

One of the best ways to fight cancer is by taking a proper mindset in this regard. The deal with the disease as a challenge and an obstacle to be overcome is a great strategy for defeating it.

And according to the therapist Nancy Morgan one of the tools to adopt a proper mindset is writing. Expressed in this way the idea and the conception that lies behind it may sound a bit artificial, but the reality is far from it.

Then based on this idea, Nancy Morgan experimented with leukemia patients in a treatment center for cancer in Washington, making them write about their disease and how they felt about it and themselves.

Dismantling Myths in Relation to Cancer

dismantling myths in relation to cancer

From my perspective the nineties caused a boom against cancer, although having positive effects in awareness in people, also contributed to psicotizarlas under the doctrine of “all cancer brings.”

From fans to aluminum pans, all at one time could cause cancer, whether short, medium or long term. And of course the phones and the coffee did not escape this trend of globalization. Even breast implants were also accused of being generators of this disease.

But a recent study doomed to tear down popular myths concluded that cell phone use, drinking coffee and cancer grafted implants do not carry the consumer, and that the presumption was saying otherwise is merely a popular belief.

The Cervical Cancer Vaccine

the cervical cancer vaccine

Uterine cancer plaguing women of various ages, and is a disease to which science does not stop to investigate. The vaccine against cervical cancer has been proposed as a solution, not part-final but that disease.

The vaccine for cervical cancer (cervical or cervical) costs between 200 and 400 euros. The fact that this disease has such a high number of victims worldwide has questioned whether the vaccine has this high price, which has been recommended in several countries that is free of charge to the entire population with access to cervical cancer to it. Personally I consider desirable free vaccination. Services like these can not be denied to people with low income, which largely-in some countries, has no access even to health coverage.

General Signs and Symptoms of Cancer

HJYou should know some of the general signs and symptoms (nonspecific) of cancer. However, remember that having any of these signs or symptoms does not mean you have cancer (many other things also cause these signs and symptoms).

Unexplained weight loss

Most people with cancer experience weight loss at some point. Unexplained weight loss of 10 pounds or more (if you’re not trying to lose weight) can be the first sign of cancer. This occurs most often in cases of cancer of the pancreas, stomach, esophagus or lung.

Fever

Fever is very common in cancer patients, although it occurs most often after the cancer has spread from where it originated. Nearly all cancer patients will experience a fever at some point, particularly if the cancer or its treatments affect the immune system. This can make it difficult for the body to fight infections more Less often, fever may be an early sign of cancer, such as in the case of leukemia or lymphoma.

Fatigue

Fatigue is extreme exhaustion not relieved by rest. It can be a major symptom as cancer progresses. Although it may occur in the initial stages of the disease, like leukemia, or if the disease causes loss of blood, which can happen with some cancers of the colon or stomach.

Two Chemical Signals are Involved in the Exercise: Cortisol and Endorphins.

There are clear benefits to long term exercise: reducing blood pressure, improve strength and endurance, reduce the risk of cancer, stroke and diabetes. This is not a happy pill, and some experts believe that this exercise must be intense and anaerobic in order to be effective, but exercise is definitely part of the equation. Many people forget or ignore the benefits of exercise.

Two chemical signals are involved in the exercise: cortisol and endorphins.

Cortisol is a hormone released when the body is under stress such as anger, anxiety or fear, and can cause inflammation in our body. Exercise burns cortisol and that makes us people happier and healthier. Endorphins are molecules related to the morphine they enter the brain and bind to receptors that normally send pain signaling molecules to other parts of the brain. Some researchers say that endorphins are even more powerful than opiate drugs such as morphine and opium (binding to the same receptors). Exercise stimulates then production of endorphins. A single session of 20-30 minutes at 80% of your ability can feel the benefits of these endorphins. Then, after several sessions, the habit is taken. Some researchers believe that the benefits vary depending on the type of exercise: for them, a session was certainly a moderate action on health, but not release of endorphins.
