St. Dunstan's Church
If you are looking for a church where your mind will be engaged, your ears will hear glorious music, and your child will be loved and nurtured in the Christian faith, St. Dunstan's might be the community for you. We are an easy-going congregation in the Episcopal tradition, with three different worship experiences on Sunday mornings. Eight a.m. is quiet and meditative; 9:15 a.m. is full of little children and singing; 10:15 a.m. is a rich musical service of Holy Eucharist. Enjoy everything from Bach to spirituals. Coffee is brewing all morning long.
We are all on a Christian journey, and we enjoy the exploration of the Bible, the faith, and its application to modern life. Our Christian formation programs begin with Sunday School at age 2. Our youth program involves our teens in faith exploration, service projects, and fun times together. Adults gather to discuss everything from the Gospel of Matthew to the Da Vinci Code.
We also love our outreach projects, in Bethesda, Washington, D.C., the Appalachians, Rwanda, and South Africa. We seek and serve Christ in our neighbors, around the corner and around the world. We invite you to come, join our worship, meet interesting people, and share your faith journey with us.
