<p>It is important that foods stored in the refrigerator and refrigerators are kept very cold to reduce listeria infection. Although it can grow in the refrigerator, growth slows and weakens when the refrigerator has a temperature of 40 º F (4.40 º C) or less.</p>
<p>- Keep the refrigerator at 40 º F (4.40 º C) or less and the freezer at 0 F (-17 º C) or less<br />
- Cover or wrap the food with foil or plastic wrap. Or keep them in jars or very clean container with lid. Make sure the packages or containers do not leak fluid coming into contact with other foods or packaging.<span id="more-871"></span>- Check refrigerator temperature regularly. Adjust the temperature control to keep food very cold without freezing. It also regularly reviews the temperature of the refrigerator (freezer). If you get something from the fridge, avoid leaving it open too long. Notice that the door seal to keep the internal temperature is fixed.<br />
- Use precooked products as soon as possible. The longer in the refrigerator, the more likely to develop listeria.<br />
- If you store leftovers, discard after 3 days saved. Mark the containers with a label so that you ignore the date.</p>

A mixture with 1 tablespoon of chlorine dissolved in 4 cups of water. Spread the mixture over the surface (works with gloves to avoid irritating your skin) and let it work for 10 minutes. Rinse, dry and put everything back in the refrigerator (ice maker, refrigerator).</p>
<p>Keep very clean areas of food preparation</p>
<p>Listeria can be spread from one surface of the kitchen to another. Therefore it is necessary to wash well short tables where meats or vegetables, as well as the plateau of the kitchen. Wash them thoroughly with soap and water. Some tables of non-porous material such as acrylic, glass or plastic can be washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures. <p>Many people find it very difficult to incorporate into your routine water in the fridge because their houses are tempting offerings, such as soft drinks and flavors, making them forget about the drink so important. <p><strong>Order it with fast food. </strong>When we ask for a fast food combo, usually comes with a big glass of Coca Cola. Why not replace it with a water?</p>
<p><strong>Keep a water bottle in your refrigerator.</strong> Once you are finished soft drinks at home, buying bottled water. If all you have to drink at home you&#8217;ll get used to it.</p>
<p><strong>Keep a water bottle in the fridge in the office.</strong> We spent several hours of our life in the office, so it also tries to take your bottle of water there. Bring a glass of water to drink while you work.</p>
<p><strong>Choose a time of day. </strong>From now on, drink, lunch or dinner (or both, the better) should be only water. Without doubt, drink plenty of water.<br />

<p>People who do not wash their hands after using the bathroom are more susceptible to colds, flu and other infections changing how are you. What happens is that this kind of germ that favor the growth of evolving diseases, travel in public restrooms. For those who do not wash their hands will be at risk of getting sick when they touch their nose, mouth, eyes, etc.</p>
<p>The original urine is sterile, however, when air hits the chemical bacteria convert it into more harmful, such as ammonia, so when the hand touches a few drops of urine or feces, bacteria and other germs on them sticking to your hands. Eating with hands or cooking and is terrible for our health, possibly suffering from <strong>diarrhea</strong>, hepatitis A or salmonella.</p>
