About the Ads

The Episcopal Diocese of Washington launched an onscreen cinema ad campaign Advent 2004. The duration and start dates of the campaign vary by theater chain. The ads have been co-sponsored by a number of parishes in the diocese. In all, some 20 churches will be participating in the program. Below is a list of the various theaters where the ads will run:

Gaithersburg, MD -- Kentlands Theater: St. Nicholas Darnestown; St. Peter's, Poolesville; St. James, Potomac
Olney, MD -- Olney Theater: St. John's, Olney
Northwest DC -- Loews Georgetown: Christ, Georgetown; Grace, Georgetown; St. Patrick's; St. Columba's
Largo, MD -- Loews Magic Johnson Capital Center: St. Barnabas, Leeland; St. Christopher's; Nativity; Trinity, Upper Marlboro
Bethesda, MD -- Loews White Flint: St. Dunstan's; St. Luke's, Bethesda
