A Male Fitness Blog Devoted to Building Lean Muscle

Unlike many of the male fitness blog readers out there, I’m not interested in packing on lots of mass. Instead, I would prefer to gain lean muscle and tone up. What I want is  dozens of articles on everything from the best foods to help me lose fat to the best abdominal exercises so I can grate cheese on my stomach.

If I could find a male fitness blog with a humorous spin, all the better. I’m so tired of blog authors who believe the world revolves around fitness and everything related to it. Yes, I know that total fitness is truly a lifestyle commitment but hey, a little humor goes a long way toward making the effort easier.

Because I’m not interested in gaining mass, I’m looking for a male fitness blog that has lots of content about nutrition. Some people think that intense workouts give them a pass to eat whatever they want. I know better.  I want new, very easy to prepare meal plans and recipes that will help me burn more fat. I know my fitness goals, I just need to find the right blog that will inspire me to turn my body into a lean machine while entertaining me. Now, if I could only find a blog that could do the workouts for me, that would be ever better but I haven’t found one yet!
