7 ways to drink more water

We’ve already highlighted the importance of water for our body and the great benefits it provides to our health in the last delivery of better if today. This time we’ll show you how to make drinking water becomes a daily habit and so ensure the recommended two liters daily.

Many people find it very difficult to incorporate into your routine water in the fridge because their houses are tempting offerings, such as soft drinks and flavors, making them forget about the drink so important. Want to increase your water consumption? We propose seven ways to do it.

Drink a glass before bedtime. Nothing more refreshing to go to bed with a glass of cold water. When you adopt this habit you will see that, over time, you will be hard to go to sleep without the glass on your bedside table.

Bring a water bottle with you. For a while I joined this practice, I go everywhere with a small bottle in your wallet to drink water throughout the day. Do the same thing! With a bottle with you always, makes it easier to drink water.

Leave a water bottle in the car. Instead of leaving it in your purse or briefcase, you can have it in the car to take your thirst while driving. Save it somewhere where the sun do not give to keep it refrigerated.

Order it with fast food. When we ask for a fast food combo, usually comes with a big glass of Coca Cola. Why not replace it with a water?

Keep a water bottle in your refrigerator. Once you are finished soft drinks at home, buying bottled water. If all you have to drink at home you’ll get used to it.

Keep a water bottle in the fridge in the office. We spent several hours of our life in the office, so it also tries to take your bottle of water there. Bring a glass of water to drink while you work.

Choose a time of day. From now on, drink, lunch or dinner (or both, the better) should be only water. Without doubt, drink plenty of water.
